As an official Host Minor Hockey Association (MHA), Hockey Edmonton provides a clear pathway for top hockey athletes in Alberta. Our Elite Stream offers comprehensive programs from U11 AA to U18 AAA, male and female, ensuring that players can compete at the highest level in a fair and equitable manner within the Alberta Elite Hockey League (AEHL) and the Alberta Female Hockey League (AFHL).

Hockey Edmonton manages the Edmonton Junior Oilers U18AAA program internally, and we've also partnered with specialized Athletic Clubs to deliver these elite programs, as assigned by Hockey Alberta. This dual approach allows us to maintain consistent governance and accountability under the Hockey Alberta model, while still benefiting from the specialized expertise of dedicated organizations in team operations.
